The shape of the ‘living sculpture’ was developed out of the coordinates of a regular octagon (CELLA, 2005) and is the core object or fundamental anchor of the BOOTSCHAFT project since its foundation in 2005. On the occasion of a solo show at Platform China Contemporary Art Institute, the Uranker moved out of the gallery spaces, into the public space in Beijing. 13.-15.10.2009
